Happy days tell me that its going to end too soon,

It wont ever repeat, not even once in a blue moon.

I don’t know when I will meet you next,

But never again will we have the same feel to enjoy it all like a fest.

I still remember the first day when I entered this place,

Now I feel, I was like an astronaut walking in the free space.

My steps were buoyant, my thoughts were clear,

My smiles fluent becoz my astonishments for the new world supressed my fear.

But now, leaving college, my emotions make me cry,

Life without friends is nothing but dry.

Whenever in future these times I will remember,

I knw it will be a flood of tears to which I will surrender.

The biggest fear us that a new time is going to start,

I am not sure whether to accept the change I will be smart.

There are things that are really tough to accept,

These are some memories in my heart that I will always protect.

Each lane in this life, each and every step,

Every alley, every tree, every class,

The vella times, the masti unstoppable, those fights,

Every timepass, the dim dancing lights.

I will not forget anything of this place,

These memories, all my life always trace.

I never hought I will get a home away from home,

Where I will feel like a princess sitting on her throne.

In all the studies I did,

In all the competitions I bid.

It feels like it was a box, and the end is like its lid.

This box will remain there in my heart,

The memories will not be repeated but then also they cannot be taken apart.

If given a chance, I will want to live this life again,

Trace these paths and forget all the pain.

Even in the smiles we smile,

We know that the moment is near,

When the distance between us would be a great number of mile.

All in all, it makes me feel,

That this time is a camera & we are developing its reel.

So lets live these 7 days to the best,

So that we have a whole life of memories to be happy and laugh with ZEST.
